He is a prominent Pakistani journalist known for his incisive reporting and fearless commentary over a career spanning more than three decades. Renowned for his in-depth interviews and bold stances on political and social issues, he is one of Pakistan's most respected and influential media figures. He is currently a senior anchor for Geo News and hosts the popular show "Capital Talk."

Sidra Niazi

Sidra Niazi is a Pakistani Journalist and Actress known for her versatility and charm in the entertainment industry. She started her career with crime reporting. Her passion for storytelling and communication led her to further her education with a Master's in Communication Studies. She also holds a DMD degree.

Syeda Ayesha Naz is a seasoned Pakistani journalist and television anchor with two decades of experience in the media industry. Hailing from Mansehra and holding a Master's degree in Mass Communication, she has earned recognition for her work across major networks such as Dunya News, PTV, Waqt News, 24 News HD, and Suno News HD. Currently, she hosts a current affairs program on Samaa News.

Dr. Ali Zaidi

Holding a PhD in International Development Studies, Dr. Ali Zaidi brings over 15 years of profound experience across humanitarian and development INGOs. His expertise lies in navigating the intricacies of global development frameworks, facilitating cross-sectoral synergies, and managing multifaceted projects. He is currently a project manager within a prominent German NGO.

Dr. Kaiser Rafiq, based in Lahore, Pakistan, serves as the CEO and Chairman of Discover Pakistan and Pakistan Today. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration and Management from New York University and is widely recognized for his exceptional leadership. Dr. Rafiq contributes to national development as a Member of the Prime Minister's Advisory Council on Tourism and as a valued member of the Board of Directors at the Cancer Care Hospital & Research Center.

Prof. Dr. Zahid Munir Amir is a distinguished scholar from Pakistan, with a PhD in Oriental and Urdu Literature from the University of the Punjab, Lahore. Proficient in multiple languages, including Urdu, Persian, Punjabi, Arabic, and English. Currently serving as the Director of the Urdu Development and Translation Centre, Former Director at the Institute of Urdu Language & Literature and Chairman of the Department of Urdu at the University of the Punjab.

Founder & President of EAPJG

Shahid Ameer Goraya is the founder of the European Association of Pakistani Journalists (EAPJG), an organization dedicated to promoting the rights and interests of Pakistani journalists working across Europe. Under his leadership, EAPJG has played a vital role in advocating for press freedom and providing a supportive network for Pakistani media professionals in the diaspora. With a deep commitment to journalism and a focus on enhancing the visibility and safety of Pakistani journalists abroad. His leadership has transformed EAPJG into a key platform for European Pakistani journalists, promoting professional development and press freedom. 

Career Journey

With a solid foundation in media and communication, complemented by a strategic transition into the realm of information technology, I have developed a multifaceted expertise that bridges the broadcast media industry and the IT sector. My academic journey commenced with a Master's degree in Mass Communication, followed by advanced studies at the University of Bonn, Germany, I refined my skills in cinematography, film production, mass media, and journalism. Additionally, I completed a two-year IT specialization in System Integrations from GFN & IHK Cologne, Germany, further expanding my technical acumen.

My professional career began at prominent news outlets such as PTV, Waqt News, Royal News, Punjab TV & Star Asia, and Express-News, where I served as a Senior News Producer. My experience extends to roles as a Field Reporter, Foreign Correspondent, and Bureau Chief for major networks like BOL News and Discover Pakistan, while stationed in Germany. Currently, I apply my combined expertise as a Strategic Communication & Media Consultant and CS Analyst in Germany.
